Farewell and Amen
In 2011 I decided to get back on the road for a spell and headed for Spain in 2013. I had written my own blog software, found a decent backpack and took off. Being retired meant I didn't have to worry about finances, just be careful because my pension is meager.
The times in The Basque Country have been great, as have most other places. There were those moments it got a bit on the wild side. I met some interesting people, made a few friends and have had a couple of forays into the Middle East.
A while back I sensed a change was coming. What it would be, at that time, I didn't know. It has finally arrived and Simian Circles shall end. Will I still travel? Yes, as and when possible, but not bother about writing it up and let the domain expire.

So to all you visitors, friends and those I met on the road, thanks. It's been a good run.

The time has now come to call it a day.
. . . . . . .
Who knows, we still might even run into each other.
